On December 24, 2013 at approximately 7:15 a.m., patrol officers were requested to attend an address in the central part of the city.  Upon arrival officers located an intoxicated 20-year-old male causing a disturbance at the residence of his ex-girlfriend.  Investigation revealed that male damaged a window to the residence and was on a probation order with numerous conditions as a result of a previous domestic incident.  As a result of the investigation the male was arrested and charged with 5 counts of breaching his probation and as well as one count of mischief for the damaged window.  He was to appear in bail court this afternoon.
