On February 24, 2015 at 12:55 hrs., City Police had occasion to check James Ellis, 34 years, of Korah Rd. Mr. Ellis was found to be in possession of a lighter in contravention of a Recognizance of Bail with the condition to not possess any incendiary device including a lighter. As a result, Mr. Ellis was arrested and charged with Breach of Recognizance. He will be appearing in Bail Court on February 25, 2015.
On February 24, 2015 at 2:35 p.m., City Police arrested and charged Taylor Marshall, 20 years, of Boydell Pl. with possession of stolen property X 2. It is alleged that on February 19, 2015, Mr. Marshall was in possession of stolen licence plates. It is further alleged that on February 24, 2015, Mr. Marshall was again found to be in possession of stolen licence plates. He will be appearing in Court on March 30, 2015.

On February 23, 2015 at 5:20 a.m., city police were dispatched to the area of Glasgow Avenue regarding a male subject going through vehicles. Police received a description of the male subject and followed footprints that lead to the arrest of the accused. The accused also entered vehicles on Spadina Avenue. The accused Sandy Kayra Shaganash, age 18 of McKenzie Avenue, stands charged with one count of attempt theft, two counts of theft under $5,000 and three counts of trespassing by night. The accused is scheduled to appear in bail court on February 24, 2015 at 10 a.m.
