Arrests:
A 21 year old male was arrested and charged with one count of assault and two counts of breach of probation. This was in regards to a domestic incident on January 12 2013. He is scheduled for a bail hearing on January 16 2013.

A 14 year old female was charged with three counts of mischief under $5000.00 and three counts of breach of probation under the Youth Criminal Justice Act. It is alleged that on January 1, January 13 and January 15 of this year the accused caused damage to the residence that she lives at. She was also on probation at the time. She is scheduled to appear in court on January 16 2013.

Thefts and Break and Enters:
A break and enter was reported in the 1900 block of Second Line West. The residents scared off the intruder when they returned home. It is unknown at this time if anything was taken.

City Police officers attended to 3 separate domestic incidents overnight, however none of these resulted in any charges being laid.

A snow machine with a plain black cowling and white handle bar grips was stolen from a driveway on Maretta Street overnight. The suspected thief was wearing a blue jacket with a white stripe down the middle. The machine was last seen driving north on Farwell Terrace headed towards Garsons Hill. No charges have been laid at the time of this report.
