Break and Enters
On March 4, 2013 between 12:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. a break and enter occurred in the 40 block of White Oak Drive. The back door of the residence was kicked in and a laptop computer was taken.
Arrests
On March 4, 2013 at approximately 7:28 pm a female accused age 41 attended at the residence of her ex-husband and at that time a verbal argument ensued regarding cigarette tobacco. The argument escalated to the point that the accused punched the victim in the face twice causing damage to the victim’s bottom teeth. The accused was arrest for assault. The accused will appear in bail court on March 5, 2013 at 10:00am.
On March 5, 2013 at approximately 03:30am officers pulled a vehicle over on North Street for a traffic violation. During the stop a female came out of the residence and approach the police cruiser. A check of the female revealed an outstanding warrant from 2012. The accused Julie Patricia Kelly age 29 of 226 Tilley Road was arrested for theft under $5000. The accused is scheduled to appear in court on April 8, 2013 at 9:00am.
