Evening news: 21 year old Jacob Breathat of 242 Beverly St. attended to the City Police station today to turn himself in on outstanding warrants.

Evening news:

21 year old Jacob Breathat of 242 Beverly St. attended to the City Police station today to turn himself in on outstanding warrants. He was wanted for breaching a condition of his recognizance which required him to report to the John Howard Society as well as failing to re-attend court to deal with several charges stemming from numerous passing of counterfeit monies earlier this year. He will be appearing in Bail Court tomorrow.

Morning news:

Twenty-nine year old Rosemary Pheasant of Albert Street was arrested and charged with one count of breach of probation. It is alleged that on November 18, 2013 the accused was observed walking in the station mall despite being on a probation order with a condition to remain away from there. She will be appearing in court on December 23, 2013.

Twenty-four year old Ricardo Policicchio of Second Line West will be appearing in bail court this morning. It is alleged that on the 18th of November at approximately 10:30 p.m. the accused was seen looking into windows at a housing complex. At the time the accused was on a bail release document to remain in his residence unless for a medical emergency or with his surety. He is charged with one count of trespass by night and one count of breach of a recognizance.
