On October 5, 2015, city police responded to a domestic incident in the 600 block of MacDonald Avenue. Investigation revealed that a male accused, age 21, was at the residence of his ex-girlfriend when he was on release conditions not to be there.

On October 5, 2015, city police responded to a domestic incident in the 600 block of MacDonald Avenue. Investigation revealed that a male accused, age 21, was at the residence of his ex-girlfriend when he was on release conditions not to be there. Further the accused was not to communicated or molest, harass or physically interfere with the victim. Police arrested the accused and charged him with 3 counts of breach of undertaking. The accused will appear in bail court on October 6, 2015 at 10 a.m.

On October 5, 2015 at approximately 11:45 p.m., city police arrested a male age 52 on outstanding warrants. The accused is charged with theft under $5,000 and failing to attend court. The accused Edward Rowland Martel is scheduled to appear in court on November 16, 2015 at 9 a.m.

On October 1, 2015 police allegedly received information that Richard Speers age 38 was operating a motor vehicle while he is prohibited from doing so. On October 5, 2015, city police arrested the accused for driving while prohibited. The accused is scheduled to appear in court on November 9, 2015 at 9 a.m.

On October 5, 2015, city police executed a search warrant a local residence. As a result of the search it is alleged that officers seized a substantial quantity of controlled substances. The drug seized included the following: Oxyneo, Psilocybin, Cannabis Resin (hash oil), Cannabis Marijuana and Oxycodone with a street value of $2,430. Officers also located a prohibited weapon (switch blade knife). Two people were arrested and are both charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a controlled substance X 4 and possession of a prohibited weapon. Both accused will appear in bail court on October 6, 2015 at 10 a.m.
