On September 5, 2016, City Police stopped a vehicle in the area of Elliot Road. A check of the occupants was done and it was found that Samantha Catherine Barrett, age 28, had outstanding warrants for her arrest. Barrett was arrested for the following charges: failing to attend court x3 and breach of probation x3. The accused is scheduled to appear in bail court on September 6, 2016 at 10 a.m.
