Two wanted in Wallace Terrace home invasion investigation

Police say a firearm was pointed at the victim during the incident

On March 3, 2020, two males attended a residence in the 200-block of Wallace Terrace. At that time, [it is alleged that] they forcefully entered the residence. One of the accused pointed a firearm at a victim demanding money and drugs. The other accused remained in the entrance to the home and struck another victim. The two accused then grabbed a purse and fled the residence.

As the investigation unfolded, police developed leads for the two males. As a result of the investigation, 28-year-old Jordan Wagner and 25-year-old Joshua Wagner are wanted in connection with the home invasion.

Both accused are wanted for careless use of a firearm, pointing a firearm, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, unauthorized possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon, uttering threats, robbery with a weapon, unlawfully in a dwelling, and possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm.

In addition to those charges, Jordan Wagner is wanted for possession of a firearm contrary to a prohibition order and breach of probation.
