Police hope to identify a suspect involved in an incident of theft that occurred at a downtown business on Jan. 26.

Full text of a news release issued today by Crime Stoppers follows:

Crime Stoppers and the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service are requesting your assistance in identifying a suspect involved in an incident of theft.

On Jan. 26, 2021 around noon, an unknown male attended a business in the 300 block of Queen Street East. It is alleged that the suspect selected and concealed a Phillips One Blade Razor in his jacket.

The suspect left on a red bicycle heading towards Elgin Street.
