VIDEO: Stolen bank card used to buy $300 worth of goods

Card was reported stolen on Sept. 26

Police hope to identify a suspect responsible stealing a debit card and using it to purchase more than $300 worth of items from Noel's Place on Sept. 22. The incident was captured on video surveillance.

The owner of the debit card in question reported it stolen to police on Sept. 26 after discovering the fraudulent charge, says a news release issued by Crime Stoppers.

Anyone with information that can lead to the identification of the suspect is urged to contact Crime Stoppers by phone at 705-942-7867 or 1-800-222-8477. Anonymous tips may also be submitted online.
