A driver faces an impaired by drugs charge following a two vehicle collision that occurred yesterday morning on Wallace Terrace.
A news release issued today by the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service states that officers responded to the scene at 7:36 a.m.
"Upon speaking with the accused, officers developed grounds to believe his ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by drugs," the release says.
The accused, 28-year-old Tyler Trovarello, stands charged with impaired driving – alcohol and drugs and is scheduled to appear in court on April 26.
