• CC 430(4) mischief under $5,000
• CC 348(1)(b) break and enter to a dwelling house
• CC 145(3) fail to comply with appearance notice
• CC 145(4)(b) fail to attend for fingerprints/ court x2
• CC 733.1(1) fail to comply with probation order x2
