Arrests
On December 2, 2015 at 10 a.m. officers located and arrested 37-year-old Travis Brown of St. Michaels Sq. The accused was wanted on a warrant for failing to appear in court. The accused will appear in court on Jan 4th.
On December 2, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. officers arrested 50 year old Robert Desbois of East Balfour Ave. It is alleged that on November 25th the accused attended at a local scrap yard and attempted to sell copper piping that was stolen earlier from a local developer’s site. When the accused was arrested he was found in possession of break in instruments and also to be on a probation order. The accused has been charged with possession of stolen property, possession of break in tools, and breaching his probation order. The accused will appear in court on January 4th.
Break and Enters
Sometime overnight unknown culprits broke into a shed of a residence at Root River Trailer park. Stolen from the shed were two miter saws and a tool box full of assorted tools.
Thefts
Sometime overnight unknown culprits attended at business on Yates Ave and stole a Freon Evacuation unit valued at $2,500.
