On February 9, 2016 city police located a male at a local fitness center. The male was wanted on an outstanding warrant for failing to attend for finger prints. Police arrested Gary Joseph Levar, age 47. The accused is scheduled to appear in court on March 14, 2016 at 9 a.m.
On February 9, 2016 city police located a female at the Greyhound Bus outlet. The female was wanted on outstanding warrants. Charlene Louise Morgan, age 59, was arrested for failing to attend court and assault. The accused is scheduled to attend court on March 14, 2016 at 9 a.m.
On February 9, 2016 city police attended at the Detox Center and located a male that was intoxicated and would not take direction from the Center’s employees. The accused was arrested for intoxicated in a public place and upon searching the accused, he was found to be in possession of a quantity of alleged marijuana. The accused was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Craig Witty of No Fixed Address is scheduled to appear in court on March 14, 2016 at 9 a.m.
