Evening news: The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service was busy with motor vehicle collision calls today investigating 17 collisions from 5:00 am this morning. Motorists are asked to exercise more care when driving.

The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service was busy with motor vehicle collision calls today investigating 17 collisions from 5:00 am this morning. Motorists are asked to exercise more care when driving.

Morning news:

A 13-year-old male was arrested as a result of a family dispute. It is alleged that on January 28 the accused became angry with his mother and her boyfriend and gestured toward them with a pair of scissors in a stabbing motion. He was charged with two counts of assault with a weapon and will be appearing in court on February 25.
