Arrests/Charged Persons:
Three people were arrested today after a complaint of a break and eneter in the 500 block f Albert St w. Officers located three individuals including the break in suspect in an RV parked at the Marconi Club. All three persons had outstanding arrest warrants. All will appear in bail court tomorrow:
23 year old Justin Travis ODO of no fixed address has been charged with break, enter and commit relating to today’s incident and fail to appear in court (two counts), fail to appear for prints and possession of cannabis on outstanding warrants.
49 year old Terrance Richard ODO of no fixed address has been charged with possession of stolen property on an outstanding warrant.
19 year old Celesta FLEURY-VINCENT of no fixed address has been charged with two counts of breach of probation on an outstanding warrant.

In addition, 25 year old Thomas Andrew Martinen of 627 MacDonald Ave. was arrested after police were called to a disturbance on MacDonald Avenue. Several warrants were outstanding against Mr. Martinen who has been charged with fail to attend court, fail to attend for prints, mischief and transportation fraud. He will appear in court on 20 Aug 2012.
Break and Enters/Other Property Crimes: (Thefts, Mischief Reports, etc.):
A theft of money from a vehicle was reported on Stevens St.

Arrests/Charged Persons:
A 39 year old female was arrested and charged with two counts of assault with a weapon, one count of assault and one count of mischief. These charges stem from a domestic incident on July 12 2012. She is scheduled to appear in Bail Court.

A 39 year old male will appear in Bail Court this morning charge with Breach of a Recognizance. These charges stem from a domestic incident.

32 year Melanie Tomatuk and 41 year old Howard Tomatuk of 2 La Chaumiere Place attempted to cross into the United States and were both turned back by Customs Officers. Melanie Tomatuk was arrested on an outstanding warrant for fail to appear prints, she was released with a court date of Aug 20 2012. Howard Tomatuk was arrested for Breach of and Undertaking by violating a condition “to remain within the province of Ontario” and failing to notify change of address. Howard Tomatuk is scheduled to appear in Bail Court this morning.
