On June 17, 2014, city police located a wanted male in a residence in the 100 block of Wellington St West. He was found hiding in a closet. The man knew he was wanted. Charged with theft over $5,000, possession of stolen property, fraud and uttering a forged document is Aaron Blackned, age 27. He will be appearing in court on Wednesday, June 18 at 10 a.m.
On June 18, 2014, city police attended at an address on Havilland Shores Drive to locate and arrest a male wanted on a domestic related criminal harassment and 4 separate breach of recognizance allegations. The man was apparently driving by the victim’s residence repeatedly and informing her via text messages who was in her yard and when. He was already on a release document where conditions stated he was not to communicate with the victim, go near her residence and stay 50 meters away from her. He will be appearing in court on June 18, 2014 at 10 a.m.
