On May 27, 2015 Jacques Paul PELLERIN, age 25, of Wellington Street East was arrested at the Courthouse due to an outstanding warrant for fail to appear in court. The accused is now scheduled to appear in court on June 29, 2015 at 9 a.m.
On May 27, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. patrol officers conducted a traffic stop on Douglas St in the city’s west end. Investigation by the officers revealed that the driver of the vehicle was a disqualified driver as a result of a previous Dangerous Driving conviction. As a result of the investigation, 28-yr-old Christopher PELLERIN of Sherbourne St. was arrested and charged with driving while disqualified. He will be appearing in court June 29, 2015.

On May 27, 2015 at 2:35 a.m., city police arrested Alicia Haldenby, 30 years old of Queen Street West, on a first instance warrant for Breach of Recognizance. It is alleged that the accused failed to report to the John Howard Society as required by the conditions of her bail release. She will be appearing in Bail Court on May 27, 2015 at 10 a.m.
