Officers from the Crime Suppression Unit arrested 28-year-old Jayme Bellerose for [allegedly] Breaching a condition of a recognizance he was entered into which required him to notify city police of any change of his address. [Police allege] he was not residing at the address he was directed to be at. Mr. Bellerose will be attending Bail Court on May 8th.

At approximately midnight, officers from the drug unit executed a search warrant at 124 West St. Officers located over 500 grams of marijuana in the residence. 21-year-old Eric Humes was arrested and charged with 1 count of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking. Humes will appear in court on June 9.
At 10:35 Tuesday night a 21-year-old Goulais River man was arrested by city police officers after domestic related incidents. The accused faces 8 criminal offences: 4 counts of assault, 1 count of threatening, 1 count of unlawful confinement and 3 counts of breach of probation. The accused will appear in bail court this morning.
