On November 17, 2015 at 5:20 p.m. officers arrested 26-year-old Ericka Henshaw of Letcher Street. It is alleged that the accused attended at a downtown store and concealed merchandise she selected off the shelf. The accused left the store making no attempt to pay for the concealed items. The accused has been charged with theft under $5,000 and will appear in court on December 21.
On November 17, 2015 at 5 p.m. officers arrested 45-year-old Kimberley White of no fixed address. It is alleged that the accused attended a local Pawn Shop and pawned a laptop computer and television. Both the items pawned had been reported stolen from an earlier break and enter. The accused has been charged with possession of stolen property and will appear in court on December 21.
On November 17, 2015 at 11 p.m. officers arrested a 31-year-old male. It is alleged that the accused was operating his vehicle on Bruce Street when he was investigated by officers for his driving. Officers detected an odor of alcohol and demanded the accused provide a sample of breath. The accused refused to provide a breath sample and has been charged with refusing to provide a breath sample. The accused has also been charged with breaching his probation order by failing to keep the peace and be good. The accused will appear in court on December 21.
