On September 9th at 4:30 pm Kyle Fleury, age 22 or 536 Goulais Ave. Unit A is alleged to have assaulted an adult male. The victim received minor injuries in the assault. During the incident Fleury threatened to harm the victim. On September 10th at 9:45 am Fleury turned himself in at the Police Services Building. He was arrested and charged with Assault, Threatening Death and Breach of Probation. He will appear in court on October 20th.

On the 9th of September, 2014, patrol officers arrested Aaron GASPARETTO, 24 years old, with one count of assault police and resist police. The accused was removed earlier that evening from a local establishment by police and returned a short time later where he confronted patrol officers and attempted to punch an officer in the head area. The accused will appear in court on September 20, 2014.
On the 9th of September, 2014, patrol officers took a mischief complaint of slashed vehicle tires in the area of Ruscio Crescent. The incident is still under investigation, unknown suspect/suspects.
