VICTIM'S HEAD SMASHED INTO CAR WINDSHIELD
Yesterday, at 11:45 p.m., police allege that Clayton Agawa, age 48, of 108 Allard St Apt. 106, assaulted a 46-year-old male outside a home on Poplar Ave. Agawa allegedly smashed the victim's head on the windshield of a parked car several times causing a severe cut to the victim's forehead.

When Police arrived at the scene at 11:51 p.m., Agawa had entered a car and was in the process of leaving the scene. Patrol officers arrested and charged Agawa with assault causing bodily harm, impaired driving and failing to provide a breath sample. He is scheduled to appear in court Oct 21st.


ASSAULT CHARGE
Detectives from the Investigation Services Section completed an investigation from a July 4th incident that resulted in a 19-year-old male being charged. On July 4th at 1:00 a.m. the accused, Jason Gilbert, age 19 of 421 Connaught Ave. attended at a party at a residence on James St.
