Arrests

On September 1, 2013, three males attended at the victim’s residence and did assault him.  The culprits had received a call from the accused telling them that he wanted the victim punched out.  The victim received a broken cheek bone, a cracked knee cap and missing teeth.  The victim had to seek medical assistance.  On September 18, 2013 the accused, Allen Agawa age 23, was arrested for assault causing bodily harm and will appear in court on October 21, 2013 at 9 a.m.

Theft

On September 18, 2013 at approximately 11:50 a.m. the victim who is confined to a wheelchair left a local drug store and had just filled a prescription for fentanyl patches.  A lone male grabbed the prescription and fled on foot. This investigation is continuing.
