At 4:10 p.m. on Sept. 6, 2016 city police arrested Shane Chad Agawa age 26 of Albert St. West on an outstanding arrest warrant. The accused is alleged to have failed to appear for court on Aug. 29. He faces a new charge of fail to appear for court and will be appearing on Oct. 17, 2016 to answer to the new charge.
