Woman accused of robbing Second Line business, assaulting employee

A 30-year-old woman has been charged with robbery after allegedly walking out of a local business without paying for items, then assaulting an employee who confronted her.

Sault Police say the incident occurred at around 4:30 p.m. Sunday in the 0-100 block of Second Line West. 

Charged with one count of robbery, Kaitlyn Parr was released on an undertaking and is scheduled back in court on Dec. 11, 2023.

The charge has yet to be tested in court and Parr is considered innocent unless proven guilty.
