31-year-old Sault man charged

Police say the incident took place March 31

Faces charges of possession of a controlled substance and property obtained by crime

He was also discovered to be wanted on an outstanding warrant for his arrest

About $1,000 damage was caused when police say the man fired his airsoft gun at a vehicle, damaging the windshield and striking an occupant

The charge comes after officers were conducting a compliance check in early May

Victim taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries

Accused was said to have been hitting a neighbour's visitor's vehicle and pulled what looked like a handgun from his waistband when confronted

Eugene Dubois was last heard from on Wednesday evening

Officers say they are treating this as a weapons call and urge anyone with information to reach out to police
