SooToday, in partnership with the Sault Ste. Marie Humane Society and The Animal Assistance Group, brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.

Rocky

(TAAG)

Rocky has come a long way after being found in very rough shape wandering outdoors back in February.

He is a handsome black and white adult short hair neutered male.

He is very friendly and gets along with other cats at the shelter, and likes to be snuggled by the volunteers.

He likes playing with the younger cats and kittens, like a big daddy.

Rocky has been vet checked, updated on shots and is currently housed with Sara at Joe's Clockwork Computers – 119c Black Road.

She says he is a very sweet boy who stays off the counters, doesn't run for the door, and is a constant source of entertainment. He'll make someone a really awesome pet!

Rocky has a special adoption fee.

TAAG is offering SPECIAL ADOPTION RATES during July for cats residing at the Elgin Street shelter. Contact Cheryl Jo-Anne Lovelace Alberta directly (phone 705-575-7030).

* Cat Adoption Fee will be $50 for Cats 5 years of age and older on approved home. Cat Adoption Fee will be $75 for cats 1 to 5 years of age on approved home.
If you would like to meet or adopt any of the cats or kittens, please contact us.

Visit us at The Animal Assistance Group (TAAG) Website, where you will find information on shelter location, hours of operation, ways to help, and adoption information.

The Animal Assistance Group (TAAG) is a non-profit registered charity located at 189 Elgin Street, Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, offering rescue foster and ultimately permanent adoption of homeless, unwanted, or neglected pets.

While these animals are in our care, medical attention, spay / neuter services and lots of love are provided until homes are found. Homeless cats stay with TAAG until adopted.
