SooToday, in partnership with the Sault Ste. Marie Humane Society and The Animal Assistance Group, brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.

Loveli

(TAAG)

LOVELI is as lovely as her name.

She is a very sweet 3-year-old Calico with distinct markings.

She has longer fur but was so matted from being lost outdoors that she needed a full body-shaving.

Loveli was found on North Street and sadly never claimed.

She had her wellness exam at the vet’s and is ready for a new home.

At this time of year TAAG has such an influx of kittens and cats, the vet costs can be overwhelming.

There are several litters of kittens who need vet care, and spay or neuter.

All kittens and cats released for adoption have received a wellness checkup at the vet, FELV testing, shots, dewormer, and flea medication if needed.

Consider sponsoring a kitten or cat for their necessary vet visits, medical care, or spay / neuter surgery.

This is a way to make a big difference in the lives of homeless felines who end up in our shelter.

Sponsorship enables us to continue our good work.

The Animal Assistance Group (TAAG) is a Non-Profit Registered Charity run solely by dedicated volunteers, relying on Donations, Fundraising, and Sponsorships from the generous public to continue to shelter and assist the many homeless animals coming into care.

Please visit The Animal Assistance Group (TAAG) Website, where you will find information on shelter location, hours of operation, and adoption.
