Another person has tested positive for COVID-19 in the Algoma District, reports Algoma Public Health.
This brings the total number of positive cases to 35 with three active cases in the region.
Algoma Public Health (APH) says the person is self-isolating at home.
They contracted COVID-19 through close contact, international travel and the exposure is evidence of community spread in northern Michigan.
