Police Service building now closed to the public

All previously scheduled in-person appointments, such as record checks, have been prioritized or postponed for the foreseeable future

Effective immediately, the Police Services Building will be closed to the public due to the state of emergency declared by the provincial government regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. If you are in need of police assistance and it is an emergency please dial 911. If you need police assistance of any other kind please call our business line, 705-949-6300.

All previously scheduled in-person appointments, such as record checks, have been prioritized or postponed for the foreseeable future. From this point forward record check requests will only be accepted online through www.saultpolice.ca. Results will be mailed to you directly.

Effective immediately, if you are looking to report a collision via the Collision Reporting Centre, do not attend the Police Services Building. You will not be provided access into the building and staff will not be providing in-person support at this time. If you need to report a collision call the Collision Reporting Centre directly at 705-253-1600 or email sault@accsupport.com, do not attend the Police Services Building. The hours of operation for the Collision Reporting Centre are now Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Saturday 12-4 p.m. and closed Sunday and holidays until further notice.

Please Note: if you are required to attend the Police Services Building for court ordered finger printing you are still required to attend the Police Services Building. If the date, time or location of your fingerprints is changed or cancelled you will be notified. If you have any questions regarding your court ordered finger printing, please call our business line, 705-949-6300 for assistance.
