Ten years ago, we lost our hero, our daddy. They say that time heals, but even after all these years, our hearts still ache like it was yesterday. Birthdays, graduations, and holidays have come and gone, and while we try to celebrate, it's hard to accept that our biggest cheerleader and supporter isn't there in person. You left a lasting impression on everyone you met. You treated everyone with respect and made them feel special. Most of all, we miss your sense of humor and your frequent phone calls. "We will continue to honor you every year because how could we not honor a legend? We will share stories about you, dance, and sing with joy in our hearts when we hear "Bad to the Bone" or "Riverboat Fantasy".
"As long as I can I will look at this world for both of us. As long as I can I will laugh with the birds, I will sing with the flowers, I will pray to the stars, for both of us. Love you your favorite people. Hope, Brittany, Matthew and grandchildren
