Author Carrie Pagels coming to Bayliss Library

SAULT STE MARIE, MICH - On July 27, Bayliss will host Carrie Fancett Pagels, who is a Christian historical romance author. She is from Newberry, a graduate of Lake Superior State University, and currently resides in Virginia. Carrie makes frequent trips to the U.P., which has served as inspiration for several of her novels.

Tea Shop Folly is about a Soo Locks engineer in the 1890s. Her latest book, My Heart Belongs to Mackinac: Maude’s Mooring, is a Romantic Times Top Pick.

The free, public event will begin at 7 p.m. Carrie Pagels will speak about her work and sign books that her readers bring with them. You may be able to find her books at area bookstores.

Refreshments will be provided. Bayliss Public Library, a Superior District Library, is located at 541 Library Drive in Sault Ste. Marie.
