11th annual Blues for Food raises donations for Soup Kitchen

The 11th annual Blues For Food event hosted by the Sault Blues Society kicked off Friday night at the Water Tower Inn Pub.

For the first time ever, the event in support of the Soup Kitchen Community Centre has expanded to two full nights of entertainment. Music begins at 9 p.m. tonight with performances by 5 Below Zero, Bill Priddle, the Jay Scali Band, Zak's Allstars and many others.

Admission is by monetary donation or non-perishable food items. All proceeds will go to the Soup Kitchen.
