Do you feel pretty? Audition for 'West Side Story' next month

The Musical Comedy Guild will host auditions for its spring 2025 production of West Side Story at at 258-B Wellington St. W. on Friday, Nov. 8 from 6 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 9 from 1 to 4 p.m. Callbacks will happen on Saturday, Nov. 9 from 6 to 9 p.m.

A modern take on Romeo and Juliet, West Side Story features many beloved musical numbers, including I Feel Pretty, America and Maria.

"All ages and all levels of experience are welcome, and cross-gender casting for some roles may be considered," says a news release issued by the Musical Comedy Guild.

Directed by David Dellaire, the show will run from April 23 through 26 at the Sault Community Theatre Centre.
