After the Rotary Santa Claus Parade on Saturday, Nov. 23, being held from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., families and community members are invited to the GFL Memorial Gardens for a free skating event sponsored by GFL Environmental.
"Arena canteens will be open, offering everyone free popcorn and hot chocolate," the city said in a release.
"Thanks to GFL Environmental for sponsoring this event."
