After a two-year hiatus, the 17th Gathering at the Rapids Pow Wow returned to the George Leach Centre at Algoma University this Saturday afternoon.

Dozens of elders, dancers, drummers, and singers helped make the day memorable for all of those in attendance.

Vendors from across the district were also on-site, offering various programs, activities, and refreshments.

Gathering at the Rapids Pow Wow will be back at the George Leach at 1 p.m. tomorrow for another day of fun.
