Joseph Kargi live at the Shingwauk Hall

For The Music Inside (FTMI), a local record label, music promotion and artist development company is proud to announce its first concert entitled: Joseph Kargi Live at the Shingwauk Hall.

The concert will be headlined by Sault Ste. Marie’s very own Joseph Kargi along with two Toronto artists, Casey Yugo and Gadda, on March 14, 2015 at the Shingwauk Auditorium (room SH300) located in Algoma University.

Joseph Kargi will be performing new songs from his first full-length album, Revival of Man, slated for release later this year as well as fan favorites.

The doors to this all-ages concert will open a 7 p.m. that evening.

After the concert, fans will be able to meet and talk with all the artists who performed earlier in the evening as well as purchasing merchandise related to their music and the event.

Tickets are currently on sale online at www.forthemusicinside.com.

Admission to this event costs $15, however concert goers are encouraged to purchase their tickets in advance to receive a 20 percent discount while quantities last.

In an attempt to reduce the carbon-footprint of the event, tickets purchased online will be paperless, meaning that the purchaser’s name will be added to the event’s guest list and the only requirement for the purchaser to gain entry the event is to present a copy of their receipt and one piece of photo ID matching the name on the receipt upon their arrival. 

FTMI will also be selling a limited quantity of physical tickets from brick-and-mortar locations around Sault Ste. Marie, which will be announced via FTMI’s social media at a later date.

About For The Music Inside

For The Music Inside is a music focused company founded by Sean Matthews and Joseph Kargiannakis in 2012.

Matthews graduated in 2011 from Algoma University with a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing.

Kargiannakis is a classically trained musician that attended Algoma University and is currently focusing on pursuing a career in music as well as entrepreneurship.

The idea for this company originated in 2011 when Kargiannakis enlisted Matthews’ help to organize the release of his debut self-titled EP, Joseph Kargi.

Both decided to invest their time, money, and energy into researching a feasible way to make entering the music industry easier for small independent artists, particularly those located in northern Ontario, as well as attracting high profile artists to perform in the region.
