Mr. Bon Soo wants you!

Northern Ontario’s largest winter carnival is looking for community event submissions and additional board members.

For over 60 years, the Bon Soo Winter Carnival has motivated Saultites to embrace the frigid February air with a week of outdoor activities.

Businesses, nonprofits, and charity organizations are invited to join in the fun by submitting proposals for new events.

“Be part of the action,” said Bon Soo Winter Carnival in a news release. “Whether you are seeking to host a trivia night, family yoga, fashion show, cosplay skate night or Nerf gun battle – the sky is the limit!”

Submit applications – which must align with Bon Soo’s purpose and goals – by Friday, October 25.

Bon Soo Winter Carnival also needs people with experience in areas including marketing, project management, fundraising and administration or legal to serve on its board of directors.

It’s a two-year term with one to two meetings per month.
