This year’s Poutine Feast invited hundreds of hungry locals to the Ermatinger Clergue National Historic Site and featured a variety of delicious takes on the Canadian classic

It doesn’t get much more Canadian than this.

Day three of this year's Sault Ste. Marie Poutine Feast is bringing hundreds of locals together at the Ermatinger Clergue National Historic Site on this Canada Day afternoon in celebration of the country’s most famous dish.

Residents had dozens of selections of poutine to choose from, like traditional ones with gravy and cheese curds to more elaborate dishes with pulled pork, bacon, and veggies.

Just next door, the Old Stone House is celebrating Canada’s birthday with live music, vendors, activities, and refreshments on their front lawn.

Poutine Feast will be on Bay Street until Sunday at 6 p.m.
