Renowned Canadian string quartet coming to The Loft in April

Canada's most renowned string quartet - with the concertmasters of both the Toronto and Montreal symphony orchestras - is making a stop in Sault Ste. Marie in April.

The New Orford String Quartet has won two Opus Awards for concert of the year, and a 2017 Juno Award for best classical album.

Recent seasons have featured return engagements in Chicago, Montreal and Toronto, as well as their New York City debut on Lincoln Center’s Great Performers series.

This will be the community’s first opportunity to experience the sound of a string quartet at The Loft.

Shows are Friday and Saturday, April 21 and 22 at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets are $40, or $25 for those 30 years and under (includes all fees).

The Loft is at the Algoma Conservatory, 75 Huron St. and features a cash bar.
