After a two-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Sylvan Circle Tour returns to celebrate its 20th anniversary on Sept. 17.

The self-guided tour includes 11 locations along a 100 km route to showcase the work of more than 50 Algoma region artists and artisans.

The tour follows Highway 638 and Highway 17 from Echo Bay to Bruce Mines and back.

“Over the years this tour has become a significant event in support of local artists and artisans. It has also become an economic benefit for local businesses, and provides a gathering place for friends and family to enjoy the beautiful rural landscape, agricultural products and rich culture of Algoma,” said event organizers in a news release.

Additional information about this year’s Sylvan Circle Tour can be found on the event website.
