Saturday Art for kids aged 6 to 12 years at the Art Gallery of Algoma from 10 a.m. until noon runs until February 21. Cost is $80 for members and $90 for non-members.

Galaxy Cinemas in the Station Mall will screen The Muppet Movie at 11 a.m.

Sault College presents its annual Pow Wow in the Health and Wellness Centre. Grand Entries at noon and 7 p.m. Community Feast in the cafeteria begins at 5 p.m.

Art Club for kids aged 3 to 5 years at the Art Gallery of Algoma from 1 to 2 p.m. runs until February 21. Cost is $60 for members and $70 for non-members.

The Saturday Matinee at the Elks Lodge, 216 Bay St., features live music from 2 to 7 p.m.

Korah's Music Department presents Phantom of the Opera at 3 p.m. in the Korah Auditorium. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students and seniors. You can purchase tickets at the Station Mall Box office or at Korah Collegiate (945-7180).

Rusty McCarthy and Cody McMillan play Searchmont Resort from 3 to 6 p.m.

Misty's 50s Bar and Grill, 658 Second Line West, will host Stuart Waite and Ron Schryer from 4 to 8 p.m.

Soo Theatre Project and the Elks present Murder at Mardi Gras dinner theatre at the Elks Club, 1111 E. Portage Avenue in Sault Michigan. Seating and cocktails at 5:30 p.m. (cash bar available), dinner at 6 p.m. The show begins at 6:45 p.m. Tickets are $30. This is a fund raiser for the Soo Theatre Project. Tickets available by calling 906-632-1930.

Down Home Music plays at the Moose Lodge, 543 Trunk Rd., from 8 to 11 p.m.

Irish Jacket Band plays the Water Tower Pub, 360 Great Northern Rd., at 9 p.m.

Mojo plays the OLG Casino, 30 Bay St., from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Flash Back performs at Reggie's West, 306 Korah Rd., from 9:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.

Obsession plays at the Esquire Club, 103 Second Line West, from 9:30 p.m. to close.

Peace Vibe plays Rednecks Saloon, 304 Albert St. West, starting at 10 p.m.

Cherry Crush returns to the Rockstar Bar, 864 Queen St. East, to play from 10:30 p.m. until close.

The 2015 Bon Soo Winter Carnival includes bum slides, alpacas, snow machine rides, and the polar bear swim at Bellevue Park at 1 p.m. (Update: Due to extreme cold, the polar bear swim has been cancelled). Full event details at www.bonsoo.on.ca
