STORRY of Toronto has two Juno nominations.

As she prepares to release her second album, Toronto's STORRY is slated to arrive at The Loft on her mission "to inspire through evocative and honest music," according to a news release.

With two Juno nominations, STORRY is emerging as a talent to watch. "With the sociopolitical importance of Childish Gambino, the powerhouse vocals of Adele, the grit of Cardi B, and the musical theatrics of Queen, STORRY’s music is a unique journey that transforms audiences," adds the release.

An in-demand collaborator, STORRY was featured on the title track of Stormzy’s No. 1 album This is What I Mean, propelling her further into the limelight. She has also lent her vocals to Burna Boy's Grammy winning Alarm Clock.

Her next album CHII: Run, is the prequel to her debut album CH III: The Come Up, will be released in early 2024. It's the second concept album in her trilogy about a woman trying to leave the sex industry, transforming her journey into inspiration for others.

STORRY will be at The Loft in the Algoma Conservatory Sept. 9 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are available here.
