THURSDAY, JULY 7 - Dryer Fire presents Wax Mannequin with Benj Rowland and XENO at the Sault Ste. Marie Museum at 7 p.m. Ticket information can be found here.

FRIDAY, JULY 8 - The Sault Ste. Marie Kennel Club will host its first outdoor Dog Show at the Laird Fairgrounds from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

FRIDAY, JULY 8 - 44th annual Goulais Days kicks off from 6-11:30 p.m. at the Captain Tilley Community Centre with food and refreshments, a washer toss tournament, games, live entertainment and fireworks.

FRIDAY, JULY 8 - The Go North Music Festival kicks off at the Centennial Fairgrounds in Richards Landing on St. Joseph Island with an evening performance featuring Jay Pollman. FRIDAY, JULY 8 - L!ME performs at Shooters Lounge, 68 Dennis St. Show time is 8 p.m.

SATURDAY, JULY 9 - 44th annual Goulais Days continues at the Captain Tilley Community Centre from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m. with the annual parade, a baseball tournament, games, live entertainment, inflatables, laser tag, giveaways and dancing.

SATURDAY, JULY 9 - The Go North Music Festival continues at the Centennial Fairgrounds in Richards Landing on St. Joseph Island with performances by Crown Lands, Charlotte Cornfield, The Honest Heart Collective, Royal Castles, Taming Sari, Goodnight Sunrise, and local favourites The Uncanny Valley and Cass FM. SATURDAY, JULY 9 - Greg Callaghan performs as part of the summer concert series at the Prince Township Pavilion from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

SATURDAY, JULY 9 - Sandman, a tribute to Metallica, performs at Soo Blaster with opening act Fort Creek. Show time is 9 p.m. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased on online or at the door.

SATURDAY, JULY 9 - The Barn Board Trio performs at the Whisky Barrel, 113 Gore St., at 9 p.m.

SUNDAY, JULY 10 - 44th annual Goulais Days concludes at the Captain Tilley Community Centre from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. with a baseball tournament, and food and refreshments.

SUNDAY, JULY 10 - The Sault Ste. Marie Kennel Club will host its first outdoor Dog Show at the Laird Fairgrounds from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

SUNDAY, JULY 10 - Myka 9 and Hand Solo Records’ artists, Mickey O’Brien and Ultra Magnus, along with local support from Conika, will perform at The Loft in the Algoma Conservatory of Music starting at 7 p.m. Presented by Dryer Fire, this is an all-ages event. Tickets are $25 and are available through The Algoma Conservatory of Music website and the Dryer Fire website.

SUNDAY, JULY 10 - Algoma Maker’s Market will host a summer market at The Rink located adjacent to the Machine Shop (83 Huron St.) from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The day will feature more than 40 vendors, including crafters, face painters, henna artists, activities and much more.

SUNDAY, JULY 10 - Giovanni’s (516 Great Northern Rd.) presents its 2022 Italian Festival from noon until 11 p.m. The event includes a variety of food and refreshments, live entertainment, children’s activities, giveaways and more.  

THURSDAY, JULY 14 - RotaryFest kicks off with live music on Stage 1 starting at 6 p.m. Performances include those from the Northern Jazz Ensemble, Flathead Ford, Wyld Stallyns, and L!ME.

THURSDAY, JULY 14 - The Stories Steeped in Stone performance series presents ‘Traces’ by Annie King and Michael Burtch from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the Theatre in Heritage Discovery Centre. Ticket information can be found online.

THURSDAY, JULY 14 - AlgomaTrad presents Shane Cook and the Woodchippers at the Centre Pavilion (1249 F&G Line, St. Joseph Island) at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are available online.
