FRIDAY, MARCH 3

  • The Soo Greyhounds face off against the Guelph Storm at the GFL Memorial Gardens at 7:07 p.m.
  • Northern Superior Brewing hosts Matthew James in The Tap Room starting at 8 p.m.
  • Rick Charbonneau and Friends perform at the Water Tower Pub from 8 until 11 p.m.
  • RPM is set to hit the stage at Reggie's Place Tavern at 9 p.m.
  • Shooters Lounge hosts L!ME starting at 9 p.m.
  • Fort Creek plays Jay's Piston Broke Pub. Show time is 9:30 p.m.
  • Midlife Crysis returns to the Esquire Club to play from 9:30 p.m. until 1:30 a.m.

SATURDAY, MARCH 4

  • The Sault Ste. Marie Horticultural Society will host its Seedy Saturday event at The United Baptist Church located at 41 Malabar Dr. from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.
  • Runway Park will host snow drag races starting at noon. Spectators are welcome.
  • The 17th annual Gathering at the Rapids Pow Wow happens at the George Leach Centre at Algoma University. Grand entries are at 1 and 7 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend.
  • Forty Creek plays an afternoon matinee at the Moose Lodge from 2 to 5 p.m.
  • The Sault Symphony Orchestra presents a BYO-Baby kids concert of Double Trouble at Precious Blood Cathedral. Performance begins at 2:30 p.m. Admission is by donation.
  • Leash: A Tribute to Pearl Jam performs at Soo Blaster at 7 p.m.
  • The Soo Greyhounds face off against the Oshawa Generals at the GFL Memorial Gardens at 7:07 p.m.
  • Algoma Conservatory Concerts presents Matt Warnock and Roddy Ellias at The Loft at 7:30 p.m. The performance features the music of Wes Montgomery. Tickets are available online.
  • Leslie Cook performs at Gateway Casino Sault Ste. Marie from 8 to 11 p.m.
  • Haus of Gore presents Scarlet Affair at the Moose Lodge starting at 8 p.m. Performers include Paris Gore, It's Just Crystal, Gemini Gore, Luke McAnally-Gore Shadow, Lana Von Archer, and others. Tickets are $5 in advance (available at Amore FYP or by contacting Haus of Gore) or $10 at the door.
  • RPM is set to hit the stage at Reggie's Place Tavern at 9 p.m.
  • Juliana Regan and Blair St. John play the Whisky Barrel from 9 until midnight.
  • Shooters Lounge hosts L!ME starting at 9 p.m.
  • Fort Creek plays Jay's Piston Broke Pub. Show time is 9:30 p.m.
  • Midlife Crysis returns to the Esquire Club to play from 9:30 p.m. until 1:30 a.m.

SUNDAY, MARCH 5

  • The 17th annual Gathering at the Rapids Pow Wow happens at the George Leach Centre at Algoma University. Grand entry is at noon. Everyone is welcome to attend.
  • Over the Rainbow Children's Event Series presents Adam Proulx's Emilio's A Million Chameleons at the Sault Community Theatre Centre at 2 p.m. Tickets are available online or at the box office in the Station Mall.
  • The Sault Symphony Orchestra presents Double Trouble at The Machine Shop at 2 p.m. Tickets are available online.

TUESDAY, MARCH 7

  • Chess Club at the North Branch of the Sault Ste. Marie Public Library from 5 to 7:30 p.m. happens every Tuesday until March 28. All ages are welcome and registration is not required.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 8

  • The Fishbowl Festival hosts an International Women's Day gathering at The Klub (642 Queen St. E.) at 6 p.m. The event includes guest speakers refreshments. Admission is pay-what-you-can.
  • The Soo Greyhounds face off against the Sudbury Wolves at the GFL Memorial Gardens at 7:07 p.m.

THURSDAY, MARCH 9

  • Lego My Library happens every Thursday at the James L. McIntyre Centennial Branch Library from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
  • The Moose Lodge hosts a jam night from 7 to 10 p.m.
  • The Fishbowl Festival presents a vinyl listening party with DJ Seith at The Rad Zone starting at 7 p.m.
  • There's a jam night at Jay's Piston Broke Pub from 8 p.m. to midnight.
