The Soup Witch has been selected as a recipient of the Desjardins GoodSpark Grant.
Co-owner Mana Goodfellow tells us she and business partner Katrina Holkko plan on expanding in a few ways.
Some growth will be internal, seeing developments made on an outdoor dining space as well as renovating an existing structure on the property to be used as a "satellite" kitchen. This would allow Soup Witch to increase production without putting undo stress on their small existing kitchen.
The increase in production isn't without cause. Soup Witch's frozen food items have garnered the interest of local businesses such as Paquette's Confectionery and Neil's Country Food Market.
