Entry free to Marconi Meets World multicultural event

Festivities take place from July 21-23 and it features 'incredible group of Canadian talent'

Marconi Meets World is back once again this year from July 21-23 at 450 Albert St. W.

Entry to the event is free due to community sponsors, with donations for the Soup Kitchen accepted at the gates.

The three-day multi-cultural event includes music from Canadian artists such as JUNO award winners Tom Wilson & Digging Roots and Indigenous Music Award winner Mimi O’Bonsawin.

Food, drink, vendors, and Kids n’ the Neighbourhood zone will be available throughout the event.

TD Presents: Marconi Meets World is thrilled to announce that with the continued support of our local community sponsors we will be able to offer FREE ENTRY for this year’s festivities! Donations will be accepted at the gate with proceeds going to the Soup Kitchen.

Tenaris' Main Stage lineup includes an incredible group of Canadian talent. Friday headliners include JUNO award winners Tom Wilson & Digging Roots and Indigenous Music Award winner Mimi O’Bonsawin. Thursday and Saturday welcomes locals Brendan Hodgson, Dynowaves, Unorganized Township, Wyld Stallyns, All the Tired Horses and Sainte Marie. Saturday’s “Italian Fest “portion of the festival includes everyone’s favourite party band Killer Hooks, while Carmen Spada and Frankly Speaking serenade with Italian classics.

This three-day outdoor event takes place at 450 Albert St. W on July 21-23, 2022. In collaboration with Missanabie Cree First Nation, Elettra Marconi Society and G Marconi Society. Experience cultural celebrations including Indigenous, Italian, and various other cultures. Food, drink, vendors, and Kids n’ the Neighbourhood zone will be present throughout the duration.

MCEC is proud to be adding this diverse celebration to the Jamestown area. With the expansion of its cultural heritage, it welcomes all in the community to attend.
