Help stuff a police cruiser for charity this weekend

This Saturday (Dec. 2) from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m., members of the Sault Ste. Marie OPP will be at Rome's located at 44 Great Northern Rd. collecting donations for the Soup Kitchen Community Centre during its Stuff-A-Cruiser donation drive.

Auxiliary and uniform officers will be accepting a variety of non-perishable food items, including canned goods, cereal, pasta, sauce, juice, children's snacks and condiments. Other items needed by the Soup Kitchen include toys, toiletries and personal items.

Following the donation drive, all items will be delivered to the Sault Ste. Marie Soup Kitchen, which serves families in need throughout the Algoma District.
