City Police are seeking the Public assistance in locating the owner of greeting card that was located in the parking lot of a local business on April 08, 2016. 

Enclosed in the card was a sum of cash. 

Anyone who can identify the particulars of the card is requested to contact the City Police to arrange its return. 

Persons are urged to telephone the Duty Officer and reference Inc. # SM16006727.
