Latest ARCH 50/50 winner taking kids to Blue Jays game

One woman’s persistence has paid off.

M. Agawa has been buying ARCH 50/50 tickets from the beginning. 

On her birthday, she found out she won $16,672 in the May grand prize draw with ticket number #K-3591781.

In a news release she says “everything happens for a reason.”

Agawa plans to use some of her winnings to take her kids to a Blue Jays game.

ARCH Hospice provides end-of-life care to thousands of people and families in the Algoma region.

“It warms our hearts to hear that she wants to enjoy this time with her family as here at ARCH we know how important making memories matter to those we serve,” the organization said.

Early-bird draws take place on the second Wednesday of each month. Purchasing tickets in advance will give you a chance at both the $1,000 early-bird prize and the end-of-month grand prize.

Tickets for the June ARCH 50/50 are on sale now here.The jackpot has a guaranteed minimum of $9,999 and early-bird ticket holders will have a chance at winning an additional $1,000.

Proceeds raised from the 50/50 go directly towards the care and support of hundreds of residents, community clients, and their families served by ARCH each year. The deadline to purchase tickets for June’s grand prize draw is June 30 at 9:30 a.m.
